Team Limit: 2 Members .
Any medium of direct or indirect heat is not permitted such as :- Gas burners, Microwave ovens, Electric kettles, Induction cooktops ,Heaters
Pre cooked or half done food items / ingredients will not be permitted.
Ready to cook products by addition of water / application of heat are not permitted - ITC Kitchens of India, MTR, etc. The participant exceeding the time limit will be disqualified.
Propriety products are permitted such as :- Milk, Breads, Namkeens - lays, wafers, pringles, kurkure, masala peanuts, etc., Cookies, Biscuits, Butter, Cream, Condensed Milk, Muffins (Not to be used as a dish, but as an ingredient) , Brownies (Not to be used as a dish, but as an ingredient), Jams , Marmalade, Honey, Mayonnaise, Ghee, Dalda 17. Fats & Oils, Dry fruits, Canned fruits, Cereals, Fresh fruits and vegetables
Working station will be allotted.
Equipment's will be issued / provided as per requirement, such as - Mixer grinder, Chopping/cutting boards, Spatula, Pastry Brush, Mixing bowls, Steel plates
Participants will be required to bring their own Ingredients, name tags, platters / crockery for display and their own knives / spoons.
Each team needs to prepare three dishes (note all three cannot be sweet or savoury)
Menu and ingredient list has to be shared with the coordinating team latest by 6th October 2018, 17h00, for approval.
Participants will be judged upon their creativity, taste of product and presentation.
Every dish that is prepared must be in 2 portions / plates (one for presentation and one for tasting)
This will be a three hour competition.

All the logistical requirements must be given to the organizers along with the C.D/PD.

Breaking any of the mentioned rules will lead to disqualification.

Time limit is 12 minutes (6 minutes per half + 2 minutes break)
All games must start with each team having a minimum of 4 players on the field. If a team cannot field 4 players to start the game, they must forfeit.
Goalkeeper can be any of the 4 players present on the field and touching through hands is not allowed.
There is no offside.
When the ball goes out over the sideline, a kick-in takes place. The ball must be placed stationary on the sideline and kicked in. All opposing players must be at least 5 meters from the ball.
A goal can only be scored from within a pre-defined area. Goals scored from outside this area will not be considered.
A player can score direct from a corner.
The penalty kick will be taken from the opposite goal post; no goalkeeper will be present at the goal.
No slide tackling. Rough play is not allowed.
The referee's decision is FINAL.
Judgment criteria: During the game, the referee has the option of using 2 disciplinary cards � yellow and red. If a player receives a red card, that player is immediately expelled from the game.

No player can play from 2 teams.
Applicants are responsible for their own items .
Matches will be conducted according to the fictious made by the Event Head.
Matches will be conducted online through LAN on Steam, guns like M4A1-s, USP-S, CZ-175 and other skins will be available if you have them.
Rounds: 30 rounds (Max. round format) 15 rounds as Terrorists and 15 rounds as CounterTerrorists per team.
The first team that scores 16 rounds wins and the match ends immediately.
Round Time: 1 minute 55 seconds.
Starting money: 800$, Freeze time: 15 seconds.
Timeouts: 4 (each of 1 Minute per match).
There will be a Knife round at the start of match to decide the in-game sides. Winner gets to choose the side i.e: Counter-terrorists or Terrorists.
Maps: de_dust2, de_inferno, de_nuke, de_train. de_mirage, de_overpass, de_cobblestone, de_cache.
Maps will selected based on the VETO system, in case of any discrepancy, event head's decision will be final.
In case of a Tie: 6 rounds will be played (3 rounds as Terrorists and 3 rounds as CounterTerrorists per team) with starting money 10,000$. The team who will win 4 rounds is the winner of the tie breaker round.
In case of a Tie again : then again 6 rounds will be played again.
In case of disconnection during a match: If all the players cannot play due to an unintended, unforeseen accident such as server stoppage: (i) Before the 3rd round starts: Restart the match. (ii) After the 3rd round starts: Round will be reset and paused by the server admin till the technical issue is solved.
If up to 3 players are unintentionally disconnected, the score for that round is discarded. The game is paused after the round during the freeze time, and all players wait until the disconnected players are connected to the server.
When all players are reconnected, the match may continue by un-pausing the game.
In case of intentional disconnection, the Zonal head or event head may decide to end the match with the offending team losing by forfeit.
Qualifier rounds- All teams will play knockouts.
Players with previous VAC Banned ID's are not allowed to participate, if they are caught their team may get disqualified.
Players of respective teams must bring their own laptops to play and should posses a valid College ID card. Qualifier round will continue until 4 teams are left. Subject to penalty or disqualification based on rules mentioned in ESL. Teams can raise a concern over a player if he or the team finds something unusual in game. Coin Toss is used to decide which side is to be selected.
In the incident of tie the other team gets to choose the side for rematch. (Time: 5mins 40secs)
In case of tie again, the team to which the player who scored the highest in the rematch belongs wins.
If one of the players forfeits the match, the team will be disqualified and the other team will be declared winner (IRRESPECTIVE OF THE SCORE)

Cars will be provided by the organizing committee in the first round.
Each race would have a maximum of 4 participants.

Gamepads will not be provided, but the participant may bring his/her own gamepad/joystick/gaming keyboard along with the drivers for installation.

The participant will be responsible for their belongings. The supervisor is not responsible in case of lost item or theft.
The person may be disqualified in case of late arrival or absence. If a suitable reason is provided for late arrival, a rematch may be considered.
